The Gay-Kimball Library in Troy, New Hampshire is seeking a director. Successful applicant will have a Master of Library Science degree from an ALA-accredited institution and three or more years of professional public library experience.
Troy is located ten miles south of Keene in the southwest corner of New Hampshire. The area, known as the Monadnock Region, is famous for its traditional New England villages. Troy is a classic example of a small New England town.
Starting salary dependent upon experience. Benefits include health insurance, sick time, retirement, and two weeks vacation. Work week is 35 hours and includes evening and occasional weekend hours.
Closing date is August 11, 2017 by 2:00 p.m. EDT. Interviews will be conducted beginning August 21. The Board of Trustees anticipates making a hiring decision no later than August 27.
