Program description: What do we really mean when we say "censorship" and why is it important? This question is addressed by a panel of members from the sponsoring new Intellectual Freedom Committee: Melora Ranney Norman from Maine State Library, Marija Sanderling from Lane Memorial Library, Hampton, NH, and Peter Spitzform, from Bailey/Howe Library at the University of Vermont. They survey censorship in New England through the ages and explore our rights and why they are meaningful.
