Program description: Patricia Porcaro from Dinand Library at the College of the Holy Cross and Donna Goldthwaite from Springfield (MA) City Library share their varied experiences in providing virtual reference to both public and academic library users. Dinand Library participates in the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities Consortium and uses Tutor.com. Goldthwaite oversees the statewide contract of Mass Answers for the Central MA Regional Library System which runs the 24/7 Reference software.
