NERTCL presents Frances Martindale, librarian from the Gordon School in Providence, RI, to share new titles and some old favorites. She is an eager discoverer and promoter of terrific books for children, and was the recipient of the 2001 ALA Free Pass Program to the Zimbabwe International Book Festival.
