Program description: A prolific author, Stewart O'Nan has written more than a dozen books, both fiction and non-fiction. He defies easy characterization as a novelist, belonging as much in the company of Cheever and Updike as he does with King and Straub. His most recent novel is The Good Wife, and with Stephen King he wrote The Faithful: Red Sox Fans Chronicle the 2004 Season.
